Aministration
The school is directed by The Unitarian Society, a liberal religious community organized in 1955. The philosophies of Unitarian Universalism and Maria Montessori are very compatible and Montessori Schools are sponsored in many Unitarian congregations throughout the United States.

Montessori Commitee
The school is operated through the Society's Montessori Director, members chosen from among the membership of the Society, and Unitarian Montessori School parents.
