About Us
Welcome to the Unitarian Montessori School (UMS for short)! This year we are celebrating 39 years of service to the parents and children of our area. We are situated in an award winning building surrounded by beautiful nature in the central part of East Brunswick. Unitarian Montessori School is licensed by the Bureau of Licensing of the New Jersey Division of Youth and Family Services and affiliated with the American Montessori Society. Our goal is to kindle each child's true potential and instill confidence towards lifelong learning. The school's community embodies a rich diversity of culture. We nurture appreciation and awareness of differences. Our emphasis on peace, its symbols and possibilities, are core to the curriculum.
We are privileged to have an experienced staff who provide an environment for the children to blossom. Our nutritional standards of using organic and wholesome ingredients support healthy development. Each child is appreciated and nurtured with respect and tender loving care, inside and out.
