Our new and old friends filled the classrooms and hallways with excitement. Old friends greeted each other fondly and new friends eagerly explored materials on the shelves. Brave moms and dads gave a quick extra hug at the door to help our new friends settle in faster. And there it started, our new adventure together, the school year of 2015-2016. Children were busy working, both in the classroom and on the playground, enjoyed their lunches with new and old friends and rested to gain some more energy for the afternoon play. And before we knew it, the day was over. One friend asked if she can come again tomorrow, and we sure hope so! Looking forward to a wonderful year!
